You are welcome and encouraged to use your own padlocks on the arm clasp(s), noting the RHS door always has to open first. Any provided container padlock keys you require in addition, no problem, they are charged at £5 per extra key (as a cutting / admin charge), the same number of keys issued in total must be returned upon termination. PIN code gate access may be changed or revoked with immediate effect in the event of a security issue, all parties will be notified via email/phone numbers provided.

Payment default: Late payment, 3 calendar days or more of non-payment results in a fixed £20 late payment charge, this will be added to due hire cost for that month. If payment does not arrive within 7 days of the late payment your container unit will be secured & will be re-released within 2 working days of payment. If by 14 calendar days no payment is made, your PIN access will be removed from the gate and a further £20 late payment charge will be added, we will then issue you with a 28 day notice ‘TORT procedure’ for interference with goods act 1978. This will allow us to remove & dispose of your goods entirely. Until that point your contact charges still apply at a daily rate. If after a total of 3 or more late payments during your contract you may be asked to vacate your unit with 30 days notice.
Unit suitability: It is your obligation to make sure the container is suitable for your needs and goods to be stored.
Contract length: The minimum term is 1 month, invoices are due on the 1st monthly, with a 14 day rolling notice period proceeding that (taken as same day before 11am), when given any remainder of the monthly payment will be refunded. Should your notice period fall across two months full payment must be made on the 1st and a refunds due once the notice period expires will be processed within 5 working days.
Exiting your unit: Once your 14 day notice has expired we may issue a charge of £10 per day until all keys are returned to us, this is a “non hire" charge. It is your responsibility to arrange with us by a phone call or email either on the day you ‘check out’ or preferably the day before to ensure you can hand the keys back. Then provided there are no damages or fees as listed in these terms & conditions to deduct your partial refund will be returned via the bank details you provide us. You must completely empty your unit & if necessary clean before leaving. Annual payment agreements, after the first 14 days will require no notice period to leave site and forfeit the space made available.
Payments: We are not able to take regular card or cash payments. Regular invoices will be sent on the 1st of the month, please only pay the amount invoiced & not any more or less. Standing orders form part of the hire agreement and are required to be set-up for the 1st of the month to avoid late payment issues. Annual Storage payments are non refundable after the first 14 days on site, withdrawal within 14 days will incur a minimum standing charge of 1 month (£36) and a 14 day notice period charge (pro-rata) to be taken from the refund due.
